I’m a (underage but trying to help)Minister,is there ways to step up onto upper roles,I feel like I can contribute more if I’m in these roles

I just noticed I’m a lesser minister,it’s probably not important but is it because I’m underage

Nah. Just the rank structure. Lesser Minister is the lowest rank of Minister.

It goes:

Lesser Minister

Minister

Greater Minister

Archon (ran out of ministers aside from...)

Prime Minister

Check the doctrine post in the pins. It will help you.

Also, as a reminder, please remember that not all Ministers are underaged. This is for many reasons.

But if anyone ever contacts you for anything inappropriate, please report them directly to me.

If I find someone attempting to sexually exploit my Ministers especially, I will rain down fire and wrath so great that it will make the flames of hell look tame by comparison.

There's no official document of "this is how you rank up" yet nor are there currently requirements for ranks among Ministers.

Except that the Prime Minister must be at least 18 due to their role in the community.

These are all things we are working on. For now, we are taking the Ministers with the most (albeit limited) experience and promoting them first before others.

No worries. I'll have to check the communications satellite but I do think we have a Minister looking to fill slots in their battalion.
