Hey everyone,

Just wanted to share a little discovery in case it helps anyone thinking about remote work in the Balkans. I've been spending some time in Tivat, Montenegro, and ended up finding this cozy little coworking spot called Shipyard Coworking. It’s not a huge place, but that’s kind of what makes it great.

I was honestly just looking for decent WiFi and a desk, but it ended up being way more than that — the space is super thoughtfully done, calm, and has this relaxed but productive vibe. Everyone I met there (locals and travelers) was genuinely kind, and it didn’t feel like one of those big anonymous coworking chains.

It’s tucked near Porto Montenegro, so you can literally step out and have a coffee by the sea between calls. I even got more done here in a week than I did in some "bigger name" spots.

They have a few desk options depending on whether you're staying a day, a week, or longer. If you’re ever in the area or passing through, it’s worth checking out — I think they have a site (shipyard-coworking.me) and IG if you want a peek.

Just thought I’d put it out there. It’s rare to find places that feel both productive and warm.
