Police patch trading.

Hello, I'm a police officer from France and I will be on holidays in Monténégro in July. I'm going to be in Podgorica, Budva and Zabljak. Trading police patch with police from others counstries is a common thing in western Europe and I was wondering if it's the same in Monténégro, and if it was where can I see cops to make the trade.

There's a police organizaiton here that is formed by current and former police officers called International Police Organization Montenenegro.
