Hi are we allowed to share info about a company if we and others had a bad experience ? Just to warn?

sure, why not. might be useful to others. just leave out personal names

I said personal names. You can and should mention the company name. You should avoid personal info(peoples names, phone numbers, personal address...) because reddit could remove that
