Discussion Dostavica.me i #ksenofobija

Upravo sam dobila Glovo dostavu koju je isporučio Turčin. I 'ladno mi donosi kesu koja sadrži flajer (v. u prilogu) Dostavica.me kojoj je između ostalog prednost u odnosu na konkurenciju, pazi: "...bez stranaca - domaći dostavljači". Pretpostavljam da su to uvalili svim restoranima da suptilno ubace u kese sa hranom. Bukvalno... wtf?

Treba podržati domaće kompanije sa domaćim radicima. Ne znam šta je tu problem

The problem is how they're selling it. Their marketing isn't about fair labor practices or better standards. They're shifting the blame from Glovo to the immigrant workers, who are an easy target.

They could have gone with something like "we pay fair wages and we train our workers," then prove that by providing a better service.

Even if you make the argument that knowing the language is crucial for delivery workers, saying "no foreigners" is an absolute. It makes it sound like they wouldn't hire immigrants at all, even for non-client facing roles.

Hopefully you can see why I think it was just unnecessary at best. I'm with OP on this one.
