Astrologers scam people into paying for "readings" that are completely pseudo scientific nonsense.

Astrologers charge people who want a reading, in what way is someone paying for a service that they want a scam? You might have a point if astrologers pretended to be something they aren't, or if they misrepresented their services, or if they sought out people and manipulated them into buying services they wouldn't have otherwise.

astrologers pretended to be something they aren't,

They do. The whole enterprise of astrology is completely bullshit. The positions of the stars has in no way at all any tangible effect on our day to day lives.

Actually, most astrologers are typically concerned with just one star. It's mostly about the planets, constellations, moon phases, and Hellenistic deities. It seems like you don't know a lot about astrology, have you cobsidered that might be why you are so mad about it?

"They are typically concerned with just one star"

"It's mostly about ... constellations..."

Eh? Are we playing semantics between stars and group of stars to prove a point?

Did you get the point?

Lol, I'm not mad about it. It's just a scam, and should be regarded as such.

I have more than enough scientific education to know that I don't need to know any more about astrology to confidently say it's all bullshit.

What do you know about it?

I don't need to be an expert on leprechauns to know leprechauns aren't real. I don't need to be an expert on alchemy to know alchemy is bullshit, and similarly - I don't need to be an expert on astrology to know that the influence of planets, a star or stars, Hellenistic deities (lol) have absolutely no tangible effect on anyone's life at all.

It's pseudo scientific nonsense that anyone in 2025 should be ashamed to believe.

Uranus in Gemini begs to differ 👻

But seriously no one who has actually studied astrology would say that so im not sure how valuable a ln opinion from ignorance is.

Here's an idea. Go pick up a science textbook.

What if I told you that you can practice astrology and also believe in science, that they aren't mutually exclusive or even contradictory.

Id be willing to bet my house you've never taken a science class beyond highschool in your life.

Well, you'd be wrong. You seem really close-minded. Not just because you have beef with a random spiritual belief system. It seems like your general outlook is pretty closed off and uninterested in new or contradicting information.
