Awesome transformation. Even better that you have Ippo on there. I actually just started watching it during my cardio sessions after lifting haha. The determination is changing my daily mindset.
Much respect, especially since you've been consistent for so many years. Nothing will stop you at this point. Just gotta keep going.

Also if you don't mind, could you post what kind of diet you followed for cutting phase? Trying to do my first true cut.

Small things like,High protein diet, limit on drinking and fast food if you do those. Be active I recommend 10k steps and having a positive outlook.

Wow! I don’t know if it’s okay to ask, but did your stretch marks go away after losing fat? I have terrible stretch marks around my arms from fast weight gain and I wanna know if they become less prominent if not completely go away with fat loss? Your transformation is incredible btw!

Stretch marks do not go away altogether like that unfortunately. They fade with time and skin care but it’s commonly a long journey. When the skin stretches less through weight loss, they will be less apparent to a degree though.
I’m lucky to not have any on my mid section from weight gain but when I was working out in my early 20’s doing shoulder presses, I suddenly got a large one in between my delt/bicep/armpit area. I still have it at 32yo now.
My wife is starting that journey now too after having just given birth to our child this year.

No my doctor said I was getting out of shape and now I was like yea I know. I was getting obese and could pass like it but I was still lifting but my diet was really bad so I had to change it.

Do you have abs though?
1
u/Queen-of-meme 6d ago
His transformation is amazing and abs are overrated. What matters is health, he went back to normal weight and turned fat to muscle 💪

At 185? Can barely see them , when I was 165lb yea. You can check my post history when I posted with abs

There's always someone coming with their negativity....looks like you already got people jealous of you. Remember, people with abs, are never going to question whether you have abs or not, gym goers dont criticize other gym goers.. smart people are never going to make others feel dumb. Only abdominal fatties, lazy and dumb people criticize.
