Damaged internal foam? Should i replacr helmet ? help

Yes. Replace it.

The whole "if you ever drop your helmet it's garbage" thing is a bit overblown but you need to replace it if:

  • It takes an impact with weight in it (your head)
  • The outer shell shows damage
  • The inner foam is damaged (you are here)
  • It's aged out (varies by manufacturer but roughly 5-7 years)
