Less than 1 mile

1500 miles to and from lake Ontario, caught some epic salmon and nearly made it back to Down East Maine before finding this in the road. Blew my rear tire a mile from the making it back home.

Oh damn that sux, hope you were able to limp it home or have someone assist. Had a similar situation in my car last year after a 2400km trip, found a random piece of metal on the road, had to have it flatbedded (Tesla) to the dealership for an $800 tire.

Just such a downer to end an amazing trip like that ( I picked up my new to me 2015 R1200GSA the next week ) nice fish BTW!
