Question How do I create/find this iconic sound?

HI everyone! I was wondering how can I, using vst / plug-ins for my daw, get this iconic sound?

What type of wave is this? Nay help is appreciated

I own sample tank 4max if there is something in there and analog lab pro. I also have zebra CM.

You might check out the KORG gadgets

I would try Sora Boy, a free plugin for 8-bit chiptune sounds, which you can then send through a good saturation plugin.

Otherwise, most subtractive software synths should be able to recreate a similar sound with a square wave.
