I keep trying to buy a single ticket and it keeps failing💔😭💔😭

The user experience is hard on the cell phone. I ended up using laptop and it was much easier. Either way make sure you are entering the promo code at the top of the seat selection page!!! That ended up being my issue and got it to work!

I think the site must have been bugging because I had the total opposite experience- didn’t work on my laptop, but no issues on my phone. So happy we all got through eventually!

Yep I’ve seen lots having that issue. I used a private window on my desktop and that worked pretty seamlessly!

Me too! Coming up from VA as well. Was bummed I couldn’t get the Diamond VIP. I wanted that meet and greet darn it! But still excited. Now I’ve gotta figure out what Broadway play I want to see on Friday night!
