Did anyone else hear Georgia on today’s episode (449) say “when” they go on tour?! I shrieked in my car! I never got to see them live before the panini and I don’t have any murderino friends irl to go with but I’m gonna stay sexy and go by myself if they come near me!
Also in the commentary in yesterday’s Rewind episode (14) Karen mentioned her niece Sophie? But I thought she only had the one niece Nora? Not that it’s any of my business but I’m curious now.

Hello Murderinos, so let me start off by saying I do not want to sell my tickets but when tickets were released I kind of went frantic and bought multiple California shows just for shits and giggles- the draw back(s)?
— My husband and I have a 3 year old daughter who is obviously not allowed to go to the shows. — We live in Las Vegas. — We bought VIP M&G tickets for San Diego. San Diego is turning out to be pretty expensive as we will have to bring my mother to look after our 3 year old for the show. Hotels, gas and parking fees are adding up. — We debated driving to Pasadena and back but we got the NIGHT show which doesn’t start until 9:30pm. I hate night driving. I also do not want to be in a different state than my daughter for almost 20 hours. / Also debated flying but the flights would delay us even longer. - At that time I will be 16 weeks / 19 weeks pregnant.
I am debating selling our REALLY good Pasadena tickets however I am also very emotional over it because Georgia has stated they will not go on tour again and these two shows are the closest and I love the girls so much.
The tickets are Orch L Row FF and I bought both tickets for basically $106.
So Murderinos help me- either we sell our tickets to one of you perfect humans or help us find really nice accommodations that are price gouged with it comes to hotel stay & parking. 😂 Anyone work at any of their local hotels near the Pasadena Civic or San Diego Civic?

Hey all! I joined the fan cult for the first time immediately after seeing their tour announcement.
Has anyone received the presale code in their email yet for tomorrow morning? I haven’t received it yet and was wondering if I should email their support or if it’s too early still.

Hey hey what if we did friendships bracelets, like people did for the Taylor Swift concerts, for the live shows?
They could be different quotes from the show like “Elvis do you want a cookie?” “Fuck politeness” “Pepper spray first, apologize later”
I’m going to the Chicago show so I’ll be bringing some for sure!

BUY YOUR TICKETS DIRECTLY THROUGH EITHER THE MFM SITE OR THE VENUE’S WEBSITE.
Especially once general tickets go on sale, the third party websites (StubHub, TicketsCenter, Seatgeek, VividSeats, etc.) are going to be selling and promising tickets they don’t have. Almost every show we host (and the more popular the tour, the worse this becomes) we have to either turn people away or send them to our box office to purchase new tickets with instructions to contest the original charges through the third party site or your bank.
Our venue ONLY uses Ticketmaster, and from what I saw MFM is primarily selling through TM. TM is now legally required to list the final price of tickets on the listing page, and cannot add more fees at the checkout page. Even if you buy a third party ticket, the idea is that they will transfer you a Ticketmaster ticket.
They are resale sites that buy a bunch of tickets through the official channels, then usually up-charge, over-promise, lie, or sometimes never send you a ticket. For example, our theatre has odd and even seating separated, and since those sites aren’t with the venue, they’ll sell someone seats like Row M # 23,24, and those two will have about 20 seats in between them. I believe that MFM will sell out at all their venues, and we likely won’t be able to accommodate requests for fixing a third party seller lying to you.
See y’all on tour! Stay Sexy, and Don’t Get Scammed! 🖖🏼

I don't know how standardized the pricing is but I just was able to get 3 tickets for one of the Boston shows. Prices I saw (including all fees/taxes):
Diamond meet and greet package: $300
Gold VIP package: $220
Orchestra level seats: $100-$180
Mezzanine (only 4 rows): $138
Balcony: $53-$77
Good luck everyone!

SO EXCITED that they're coming back! Hoping to snag a ticket once finances are a little stronger. But—as a very devoted listener on their third listen-through of the entire podcast....could we all agree to control ourselves a little better during live shows? It's such a huge bummer to listen to Karen and Georgia getting frustrated and dispirited from people refusing to stop screaming during the show. It's annoying to listen to, so I can't even imagine what it's like to be in an audience where you've all paid to listen to two people do nothing but have a conversation, while some drunk girl mid-house won't stop screaming every thirty seconds. It's also maddening to hear them repeat at every show that the hometown needs to be local, only to have someone come up onstage and be like "so my story isn't actually local but I promise it's good!" That, and hearing both of them react to the obvious dirty looks and angry comments coming from the audience once the hometown gets picked. It's so weirdly, childishly entitled and immediately brings the mood down so hard that i usually just skip the hometowns.
I don't really understand what the idea behind the yelling is—are you just trying really hard to make sure your voice shows up in the recording? Are you convinced that this time, surely, THIS time, Karen and Georgia will think it's funny? Or better yet, that you're even funnier than the people everyone has paid to see? Have you never been in a theater before and are under the impression that the rules are the same as a sporting event or a concert? Are you dead sure that you, your personality, and your hometown are such a head above the rest that clearly, you're the exception to "it needs to be local"? And best of all—are you so determined that your hometown is obviously the best one in the room, that you're owed the chance to tell it and if someone else gets picked, it isn't fair and is probably somehow a personal sleight against you? If you answered yes to any of these questions...maybe reconsider. Or stay home. You can get drunk and listen to MFM and scream your heart out, and you won't be ruining anyone else's night in the process! :)
I think we all LOVE the fact that they're touring again and want them to continue...so maybe let's remember how to be considerate toward the hosts and your fellow audience members, instead of ruining an entire crowd's experiences just so you can spend maybe ten seconds thinking you're funny.
Not trying to upset anybody or be a killjoy—that's kind of the point. Behaving like that is a bummer to everyone around you and takes away from the show everyone is excited to see!

Hi friends! Looking to buy tickets to the Portland show, I am using the code listed on their website for the "artist presale" and it's not working. What am I doing wrong?? :(
EDIT:
per u/everyones_hiro
So on the log in page that says promo code, and promts you to enter a password, click the X next to mfm25. It will then ask you to enter a promo code. Enter the artist presale promo code there
Love this community!!

I was listening to rewind and the new episode this week, and I thought it was interesting how in the rewind they talk about the tour at the time, and it seems Georgia is all for it. Then in the latest episode they talk about the tour and Georgia says they're not going to tour again.
Has Georgia ever talked about touring, and why she isn't a fan of doing it?
Regardless, I have tickets for Brooklyn and very excited!
P.S. I was a bit surprised there are still tickets available.

I'm relisteining to episode 222 and it was in the beginning of the pandemic - Georgia promises the first live show back, she will do air guitar - which allegedly Vince says she's really good at.
Denver, CO hold her to it.

I’m so excited that I have tickets to the Chicago tour and am trying to make a playlist of songs related to murder/true crime. Open to all suggestions!

ETA- code has been shared!! Thanks guys💜 hope each of you get tickets!
Murderinos! I had several friends sign up for codes and so I have an extra fan cult code I would be happy to pass along to a fan! Comment your favorite episode/first episode you listened to (whatever you prefer) whoever’s ep # is closest to my favorite # without going over will get a DM with a code. I’ll reply on the winner’s comment at 10:45 am EST (unless no one comments by then lmao) for purposes of transparency I will text my sister right now my favorite episode number and include the screen shot and time stamp

For anyone attempting to get the VIP for the shows at the Paramount, I found that the code sent for the presale doesn't unlock VIP, only the GA. If you're still attempting to get them, or if you have tickets and want to upgrade, try this.
If you don't have tickets: The 2025 code on their Instagram announcing the tour dates unlocked VIP diamond and gold for me.
If you have tickets: Contact Ticketmaster via either the app or the website. Ask to exchange your tickets. It will give you a phone number and a one-time use code. When the Representative asks for your presale code, give them the one that was emailed to you AND the one off the Instagram page. You can upgrade if they are still available, but you will have to pay $10 per ticket and whatever the cost difference is.
It's a little bit of a run around, but it works. All the best, my friends, and I hope to see y'all there. SSDGM

I'm considering traveling to Chicago to see MFM live, but Ticketmaster won't show me prices without a fan cult code. Can someone who's already bought tickets share a rough range of the standard ticket prices, so I can decide if I can afford to make the trip happen? Thank you!!

I just have never been able to afford fan cult but I want to go to the tour so bad and I just want to know what to expect for seating/prices. thank you in advance 🙏🏼🖤

Hi everyone! This is Paul’s wife Amelia posting.
He and I were scheduled to go but I’m going through a bulging disc issue so can’t walk or attend show comfortably so sadly have to sell our 2 tickets for the Denver show at Paramount Theater 9/4.
They are balcony section row N seats 4/5. Selling $150 for the pair!

I signed up for the fan cult last night and didn’t get the code today 💔 I wonder if it didn’t process quickly enough, even though they said on their most recent episode that we’d get one if we signed up. I’m so scared I won’t be able to get tickets without it.
I would be forever grateful! 🖤

do you think I’ll still be able to get tickets to one of the Boston shows without a fan cult code? like will they be sold out by the presale? i’ve been a listener since 2019 and have ALWAYS wanted to see them live - i don’t have a problem joining the fan cult now if it seems like there might not be tickets still available on monday morning! just curious how it’s looking so far. i’m so used to concerts selling out before i even get out of the queue during presales. i just cannot miss this tour hahaha

Howdy! Before I scour the internet I want to start here.
Long story way short I’m an independent contractor and my work just filled up for the rest of the year! (Hooray!) Unfortunately for me this means I can no longer make it to the Chicago show and am now looking to go to Denver.
Denver is the only show I could possibly make it to now so if anyone has an extra ticket I’d love to take it off your hands.
As for Chicago I have a ticket on the Main Floor in Row J. I paid $138 for it - fees included and I’m looking to sell for the same or ballpark range if that’s all that in your budget. These tickets are not transferable yet but I’ll hold onto it for you and won’t ask for payment till it’s transferable.
Okay okay stay sexy!

They’ve subtly mentioned next time we’re on tour and stuff a bit recently . Karen’s ok with traveling again it seems . I’m not sure if Georgia’s aniexty has settled a bit in that sense . They’ve back together in person … is everything lining up ? Dublin misses the girlo’s!
