Austin Hill has wrecked 29 cars since return from suspension..
Since his wreck at Indy, resulting in a one week suspension, Austin Hill has proceeded to wreck 16 cars at Watkins Glen and at least 13 cars at Daytona. 29 cars. Both wrecks were of him having zero regard for avoiding contact.
I think Bobby Hill needs to go back to the truck series.

Daniel Suarez would currently be top 20 in the points if we used the old Winston system, as well as two runner ups finishes, amidst the harsh criticism he’s had this season on his performance.
While I’m very aware this isn’t our points system, so this doesn’t matter anymore, as per NASCAR Winston Cup Series on X, Daniel Suarez would be 20th in the points after Daytona. This doesn’t change the fact that his modern day positioning is 27th, however this does show that his season, especially as of late, has been a lot stronger and more consistent than fans let on.
This season he’s already had two runner ups, 6 top 10s that could be more if it wasn’t for his bad luck and occasional overdriving.
I am bias but do believe this man deserves to be in cup for a few more years (Spire???)
[Actions Detrimental 40 min] Hamlin states a rumor in the garage is that NASCAR is planning on the Truck Series becoming spec by 2028 with Orielly Auto Parts Series following soon after.

Good guy @mc_driver helps a fan out on x
x.comDude got his dicast stolen right from the merch signing and McDowell tried to make it right according to the guys post but then a handler pushed him along.
McDowell then reached out to the good fan and is going to make it right
I wouldn’t expect him to do any different but for him to personally reach the fan instead of having another person contact the fan.. I’ll forgive him for saying he could beat SVG now ….🤣
But seriously, I’ll probably get some mcdriver merch next time to thank him for being a good dude
Keep your eyes pealed on eBay for this frauds sale of a stolen autographed dicast
(Pics of the dude in the post… and I’ll screenshot below)

[ Mark Martin] Been asking the same question for years. Also how do you have overtime when races are distance? Dumb 💩 the broadcasters came up with that didn’t know anything about racing cars trying to make it like stick and ball sports. Their money is forcing it on the industry.

(@XfinityRacing) Kyle Larson’s 4 fastest lap points helped him secure the top seed. He beat Elliott by 3 points for P3 in the Regular Season Standings

IROC Legends at Laguna Seca's Motorsport Reunion
Laguna Seca is an incredible venue, and the access for the price is just fantastic, for all the events they hold. Some of the drivers were just out making laps during their sessions through the weekend, but several were properly racing. All the other classic racecars and races through the weekend were awesome, but seeing all seven generations of the IROC cars on track together for the first time, and hanging out with legends of the sport throughout the weekend was extra special. NASCAR drivers pictured here include Jeff Gordon, Mark Martin, Bill Elliott, Bobby Labonte, Ken Schrader, Scott Pruett, Kurt Busch and Dario Franchitti, but also in attendance were Ray Evernham (the brainchild of bringing IROC to the Reunion), Mike Joy, Al Unser Jr, Danny Sullivan, Pat Long, Tim Cindric and Zak Brown. Tremendous event, no doubt a once in a lifetime experience.

Here is a printable Cup Series playoff bracket if anyone wants it
Me and my family fill out this bracket before the first race of the playoffs to have some friendly competition predicting who will win - like the fantasy one. I started doing this last year since nascar made their printable brackets with a black background. I'll also totally make a Truck and Xfinity Series version too if anyone's interested.

1988 Dale Earnhardt Sportsman Car
Figured I'd show these quick photos from River Glade International Speedway in River Glade, New Brunswick from today. Dale Earnhardt ran this car all the way back in 1988 for a guest appearance in the Sportsman Division at River Glade International Speedway in River Glade, New Brunswick, and after 37 years of sitting in a field, they decided to restore it and bring this car back to life to reveal it at their River Glade International event this weekend. So cool🔥
