Parker was so gracious to stop during his busy day yesterday to take a picture with my son. It really made my son’s day. We like to think he might have given Parker a little luck! Parker - if by chance you read this - Thank You…Thank You… Thank You!!!

Does anyone know what kind of a financial hit this can cause a team, especially a team like RFK with 3 cars.
Additionally, would the financial impact of missing the playoffs potentially cause any significant performance setbacks next year
I know the financials surrounding teams is super convoluted, but I also know that teams have brought it up in the past how valuable it is for them and sponsors to make the playoffs

This race was better in my opinion than last year because there wasn't just one car that was the best. Every single one of them could've easily had a chance to win.

That’s some great praise from someone like Mark Martin. Hopefully the opportunities fall her way.

Sadly due to life, my girlfriend and I will not be in attendance today. With your safety all but assured, go race harder than you normally would have as you are fated to keep all four wheels on the pavement. May the racing gods uphold their end of the bargain.

Anyone know others than Almirola and Reddick who have been top 5 points finishers in each of Trucks, Xfinity and Cup points? That's an odd bar bet that many people would have not considered, especially Almirola. Austin Cindric can do it this year, as could Austin Dillon. Ty Dillon could also do it with a good run in Cup, in the future. Hemric could be a contender if he improves on his best of 6th in trucks, this year. Justin Haley as well could do it.

Maybe I’m just noticing it more when it happens to Spire. But it got me thinking after Hocevar went behind the wall. I can think of numerous occasions this season we have lost a Spire car due to various mechanical issues.
A couple Hocevar, McDowell at Chicago (or Mexico? I don’t remember which one).

Is there a reason why the other Ford teams dont perform like Penske/Wood Bros.? Do they not share info or support like the other factory backed teams?
Anyone know if the standard NAPA scheme ever raced at the second Daytona race before? They usually have a patriotic or some other special scheme.

No one blew over in the 400, which seems positive, but how are we feeling about the flap overall? There were several longer right-side-exposed slides tonight, but they weren’t quite what I’d call a perfect test of the usual conditions.
Logano’s and Buescher’s slides seem like the closest to a direct evaluation, but still not exactly it. Thoughts?

Happy Race Day!!
Regular season finale time. Brought back a couple rules from the 500 at the beginning of the year. Hope this wets your whistle. It's gearing up to be a chaotic one (fingers crossed).
As always keep hydrating and drink responsibly. Stay safe out there. Cheers!

Hi guys, I need some help. I had the idea to make a wallpaper of two photos of the car before the race and after.
I was trying to find photos of cars before and after auto races (it doesn't really matter which ones - Nascar, WRC, 24 Hours of Le Mans or others, but other than F1). But attempts to find such have not yielded much success.
I found something similar in a post about the 24 hour of Spa in Belgium, but this is a video that won't do much good.

Maybe someone has such photos?

Cody Ware is a new favorite driver. He saw me walk up and even though i was the only one there he took time to hang with me and talk about racing and other stuff. Alll in all he is a great guy and other than “the incident” i like him as a driver. I asked him about strategy for dega and his quote “Get to the front and lead.” I showed him the Iracing Car i use with his livery and he asked me what tips I HAD! Overall a nice guy and underrated IMO.
