Recommendation Missing you?

Just started it yesterday because it was recommended to me, thought I’d like it because the Harlan Coben world is usually pretty good; but I’m also starting to feel like once you’ve seen a few, you’ve seen them all. It’s like the old Lifetime network with repeat actors and actresses, but for whatever reason, I just can’t get into this one. I’ll have to wait a bit and give it another shot. Idk if there’s too much going on, or if I’m not wild about the casting, I cant put my finger on it.

You must be American.

I don’t know why you were downvoted. I assume that you were responding to carrying a weapon aka a lethal weapon like a gun. In the UK, the vast majority of police aren’t issued a firearm. That said, I don’t understand why she was such a poor police officer.

Yeah I was responding to “she is a police officer and doesn’t carry a weapon”, not sure what was so offensive to point out that it’s generally Americans(which I am myself) who automatically associate police with weapons.

Some people don’t always exercise critical thinking skills. In any event, at least one person understood your point (me).
