New on Netflix netflix hold to speed feature?

why doesnt netflix have hold to speed up feature? just like in tiktok or youtube it makes watching on a phone much easier especially with impatient people like me.

im a student thats why i want to watch shows faster because i do other stuff i have so many shows on my watchlist that i cant even finish lol

Slow down and Try and enjoy the content.

I work long hours and have tons of things I want to watch, but I want to actually savour them and appreciate the content.

Thanks, I'll start doing that. I have a question, though: are people on Reddit really toxic? It's my first post, and I just asked a question; I expected an answer, but instead, I got an insult. I'm not really a social media person, so I'm not used to receiving such comments. Maybe they just got the wrong impression of me.

I think the question just rubs people the wrong way, especially as Reddit tends to have people who are passionate about their interests.

Watching TikTok videos at 2x is fine because the majority of the content is meant to be disposable. But a show that may have cost $10million an episode deserves your attention.

It’s basically the difference between an expensive restaurant and McDonald’s. One is an experience that you back and savour for potentially a couple of hours, the other is where you go in a rush.
