netflix hold to speed feature?

why doesnt netflix have hold to speed up feature? just like in tiktok or youtube it makes watching on a phone much easier especially with impatient people like me.

Hey, so for the past 2 months I was using our old Netflix account and that feature was available. 2 nights ago, I lost access to that account, and borrowed a friend's Netflix. I'm rewatching Stranger Things, but that "hold to view at 2x speed" is no longer there. I wonder why?
