I am not against thinking this. The family went to great lengths to protect him and then he just went missing too? Totally sus

He's not missing though.

They found him, with a bullet through his skull.

The dental records were an exact match.

If you have actual evidence to the contrary, by all means share it.

Several people have faked their own death.

The parents took a 55 minute phone call from Brian after he murdered his girlfriend and then they called a lawyer.

It was mentioned in the documentary. How is it “sus as shit”? He called his mom as he was driving home and told her he did something that would require legal aid. My assumption, based on the length of the call and how they acted, is that he told them everything and they knew all along.
