You mean their son?? I wouldn’t give my kid up either

I'm good friends with someone whose son is in prison for life for murder. She says very plainly that she will always love her son, but the person he killed had a mother who loved him too. And that her son has to pay the consequences for his actions. I'd be there for my kid, but you don't do them any favors by hiding them and trying to protect them because they killed someone.

What if they raped a child? What if they SAd your other child? Who would have your “loyalty” then?

Wow. What a horrific situation to try and envision. Not really sure. Still not gonna do anything to put one of my children in jail for years.
