She said her parents and brother weren’t speaking to her. How does that imply she was involved? More like they were keeping her at a distance to keep her out of it.

So just gonna believe her when she says that?   It is proven that she was even joking with mom about the police mistaking brian for the mom in texts.   Hmmmm
