What the hell did I just watch? And what the hell was this person thinking?

I'm in shock that someone would do such a thing to their own child. And that she doesn't seem to have any focus on what she actually did.

The daughter didn't seem to grasp what her mother did when they told her but the father acted on it right away.

Was she totally jealous of her own daughter?

I really doubt Lauryn and her dad knew anything about what was going on. 1. Kendra was very hesitant when the cops mentioned that they were going to break the news to both of them, she didn’t want them to know. 2. If I were to be in Lauryn’s shoes, I would behave the same way because at the time the cops broke the news to her, Kendra was all over her rubbing her hands and petting her and at that point, I don’t know what else she could have done apart from being confused. 3. Her dad’s reactions in the body cam were exactly what you would expect from someone who is innocent. Infact, it was the dad that even revealed the other phones Kendra had and he must be very stupid to do that if he was aware. 4.lastly as a teenager and that young, what would anyone expect different in this scenario? Adults, yes will react differently but what of someone age 13 which should be close to Lauryn’s age at the time.
