I was thinking it was Shinobu from Monogatari, but I haven't watched the series in full so I'm not sure. I think that we are even having this conversation speaks volumes lol.

Don't gotta look as far as Japan. League of Legends has Zoe, essentially a type of immortal deity who's thousands of years old but just happens to look and act like a preteen.

I really don't see that video as "defending" pedophilia. If anything, it is trying to add context and nuance to something that is often misinterpreted. I'm not denying that some anime have lewd scenes of underage girls, but the point is that this subgenre cannot be painted with a broad brush.
