I could see the Raiders kicking the tires on him being that O’Connell is confirmed to be out 6-8 weeks and DTR was Chip Kelly’s QB at UCLA

DTR is maybe a practice squad guy. He's nowhere close to a QB2.

Oh I’m not saying he’d be QB2, but the only other QB on the roster besides Geno is 6th round rookie Cam Miller. I could absolutely see Chip bringing in DTR as QB3 or a practice squad player based purely on knowing the terminology and concepts of his offense.
