Looks like the Taurus in the film Nat'l Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. Just not as dangerous as driving under a log truck. Still not the safest move.

Some of those streets in Houghton are just too steep to drive down (or up) in icy conditions. If the sand/salt trucks haven't done their job, you better plan your route, and take the slightly-less-steep streets.

This guy has been waiting for his chance after watching all the reverse entry drift videos.

I live in Washington state and we get snow every season of course and specially icy roads. I used to live on a pretty steep incline that went for almost a whole block and without fail the first snowfall people would come over the top of the hill driving way too fast and then realize it's a sheet of ice. At the bottom was a right hand turn with the guardrail without a stop sign cuz you couldn't stop anyway and people would fly over that hill and they're only hope was that they hit the guardrail and not another car. We used to watch him stack up every year for the first couple snowfalls tell people remembered about how I see it gets. One year we went up to stop people from coming down and one lady literally honked at us and flipped us off telling us to get out of her way and she did two complete 360s smashed into two cars on the way down and then hit the guardrail in her left quarter panel and literally told her car and we went down and she was fine cuz it all happened at slow speed but she still couldn't stop the vehicle and knocked on her window to see if she was okay and she was still a bitch complaining about how they hadn't de-ized the roads from the snow that had just fallen 2 hours previous and I think we called her something like a dumb bitch for flipping us off and we were only trying to help her and maybe next time she should consider that there are nice people in the world and she was still a total care and about it so we just walked away laughing at her.

I made a few like that. My best one was I slid sideways and stopped in front of the driveway, I just smugly backed in like I planned it.
