Question Subscription Problems

I have been trying to subscribe for notability plus using the redemption code. I tried it yesterday, my money was debited and this is what I recieved. I tried it again today and the same problem happened. What is wrong with the app??

Hi! Thanks for reaching out. This isn’t a Notability issue, this is an app store/Apple issue. Notability does not control the app store. Have you contacted Apple?
