Bucket list worthy (minus the scatty cabin that looks like a murderer's holiday home)

I hate the fact that northern lights only look like this when watched through a camera lens but never to the naked eye.

Aurora Borealis? At this time of year? At this time of day? In this part of the country? Localized entirely within your kitchen?

And the lights are dead silent. In the Plains states, light in the sky means lightning and tornados!

Okay, so you have to go outside to see it. We all get that. Can we just get a good video of the aurora?

Imagine what someone seeing this for the first time like 500 years ago would be thinking. That shit looks magical as heck.

I don’t care how pretty the sky is at night. I don’t want a snow floor, that’s not civilization.

Why does the shot of the sky look AI generated? Northern lights even far north, do not move that quickly. The move slowly like clouds do. But AI generated videos of northern lights ALWAYS make the lights move way too quickly. This is very sus, js.

During active storms they absolutely can move that fast. Sometimes they even flicker and shimmer.

Looked like an alien abduction at first there.
