Oslo cycling cap from local bike shop/artist?

Hei from Toronto! I'm heading to Oslo for the first time in late September and plan to visit a bunch of of the city's bike shops. I always try to pick up a cycling cap from places I've been, and would welcome any guidance on where to find one. Extra points if you can help me support a local business/artist.
