Dennis Man

Ciao, I am reading my team PSV Windhoven are looking at one you Parma’s players, Dennis Man.

What kind of a player is he? Are you sad to see him go?

He is a very gifted player, but his mind isn’t always on the game and has games where he never hustles and just walks on the field. So there are times he can be a asset on the field but sometimes it’s like your playing in 10

Right, so he is a bit like Noa Lang who joined Napoli this summer from us.

Yes, but I would take lang over him. He might do better in Psv because he did great when he came to Parma but last year had 5 or 6 chances to score 1 on 1 and missed them. So the fans started to get on him and he just stopped caring and was benched the last 3/4 games. Even in pre season so far he’s looked bad.

With PSV he’ll get plenty of chances as we are dominant in most of our domestic games and the manager favors an attacking style.

He's a confidence player who can be really good when he's motivated and on a roll. Unfortunately he hasn't been either of those things for the last year, so he's been quite crap. There's still a good player hidden in there somewhere though.

As a fan of both PSV and Parma, I think he'll be a great replacement for Bakayoko. Sure he struggled last season but I think it's coz he's still adapting to Serie A defense. He has high ceiling after exploded in Serie B two season ago. For player comparison, I can see how people compare him to Lang due his flashy dribbling skills, but for me personally, I see him more of a Gakpo with caveat that he needs to improve his finishing.
