Question What pasta machine? Which vendors do you prefer and why?

which pasta machine vendors would you recommend?

I would like to start with pasta making.

Just get an Imperia or Marcato Atlas.

I have both the Marcato Atlas 150 and 180 as well at the KitchenAid pasta rollers. I use the 180 more than any of them, and rarely use the KitchenAid ones.
