What months do you notice new people show up to join?
I've been posting pretty regularly to my Patreon since I started three years ago but only recently has it reached the point where I can consistently make new patrons to outgrow any I lose by the end of a month. I know a lot of people's growth is different as people come and go frequently and people post consistently at different rates, but I'm curious to hear who tends to see the most uptick of new patrons for any given month and why.

The months you post big updates/advertise. There's no pattern.
January and February are usually slow in every sector of business.

Only been doing it full time for 12 months with February being the only month I made less than the month before but that was because I had high January churn.
That being said, I think it was more that I was too expensive and had sort of reached my ceiling but time of year also had a strong influence.
Since Feb I’ve dropped my prices 40% and I produce roughly 3 times as much content so growth has been very strong.
I think a strong patreon model can grow or roughly tread water regardless of time of the year but it’d depend if you’ve reached the ceiling.
