payment No payout process showing today

Today is already the first, but nothing is happening with the payment process — there is no ‘payment process’ line, and there are no payouts credited on the 1st as there were last month… Does anyone else have the same issue? I’m starting to worry if everything is okay with my payouts…

They changed the billing time again

  • All charges (except on the 1st of the month) process at 12am UTC (5pm PT).
  • 1st-of-the-month billing processes at 12am PT (8am UTC) so US-based creators see their earnings update early in the day on the 1st

Hmm thanks, I'm based in the UK so it's gone past 8am UTC, but nothing yet. Hopefully just a delay!

Sure, but that time has passed and OP (and myself) haven’t seen anything change?

Yeah, true, google mixed up am/pm for me and gave me 21:00 in my local time, which would be in 8.5h.

Also, 12am PT apparently does not equal 8am UTC (it shuld be 7am UTC), so Patreon is doing Patreon things again.

Looks like payouts are rolling for some but still dead quiet for others… what’s that depend on?

I'm having the same problem and was also about to post about it on here. Glad it's not just me and must be a wider issue. The only thing I can think of is that it's a national holiday today in the US, could be why the delay?

If you haven't done so already, please raise a ticket to patreon support to make sure they are aware of this issue has I've not seen anything posted about this from their channels: https://support.patreon.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Same here! And last months insights is showing a lot of missing money- all my analytics are up and yet it is showing me as 4k down for last month?

I really wish Patreon would stop changing payment stuff around every month, it's stressful and frustrating.

This might be a bit unrelated , but I’ve noticed I actually haven’t been able to process my payments to any members it keeps failing anyone else having this issue ?
