Tech Support New GPU stopped working after game crash. Other GPU works.

I was playing uncharted 4 lost legacy and then my pc crashed. I was stuck on a the crash screen so I hold the power button down to shutdown and start up my pc again. Now it won’t post. No display. I did every troubleshoot I knew. Reset CMOS, try different RAM slots, replace RAM with old, replace SSD in case they were corrupted. Finally I nailed it down to the GPU. I used an old Rx 570 and it posted just fine no issues. My new Rx 9060xt just won’t post and idk why. It’s a month old and it was a gift so this was heartbreaking. I of course did the obvious and cleaned all drivers with DDU, however the 9060 still won’t post. Can anyone help? Edit: Game crash ended up killing my GPU somehow. Thankfully the manufacturer let me get an RMA so I will be getting a new replacement. Also pretty sure it’s the game’s fault as it has been reported that uncharted 4 does not work and crashes a lot on PC. But I’m also surprised the new 9000 series dosent have some type of safe guard for game crashes that affect GPU firmware.

Sometimes bad cards make it onto shelves; you should be covered under warranty. Happens with pretty much all manufacturers at some point. Hopefully the RMA process isn’t too bad.

It worked fine for an entire month tho. But yeah maybe it was faulty.

Sounds like GPU went kaput. Have another PC to test it in? Any change could update your board BIOS with the other GPU installed and retest?

Thank you for the response. But no I don’t have another PC to test it in. The 9060 still turns on and fans spin. Is there a way to know for sure without another pc.

Only thing can think of, is maybe try another port on the back of the GPU(maybe one of the display ports went out?), also maybe update to board BIOS.

I will try that. I will also try getting a friend to let me test the GPU. If neither works ig I’ll try to get an RMA and get a new GPU, then update you. Thank you again for your response.
