Technical Support megathread
Any and all issues related to the Peacock service should be posted here, not just some random post.
When posting issues, please provide information about your setup, i.e. the platform (Fire TV, Samsung TV, etc) and device ('Fire TV 4K stick from 2024', 'OLEDB65CUA', etc) you are streaming on. It would also help to know the exact piece of content you were watching when the issue happened.

I use the Peacock app on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Whenever I try to watch a show or movie I get this error message:
Something went wrong. Please try again. Sorry, there was a playback error. Please try again. (Error code CVF_-1200:-1200:-1200)
It usually takes about 5 tries for the show to play. Then when the show ends and it goes to the next episode the process begins again. Another 5 tries to get the show to play. Sometimes, if I'm really unlucky, the show will start playing but as soon as the theme song starts I get this message. So it's like being teased.
I've rebooted my phone. I've turned my wifi on and off again. I've done all the things including checking to make sure the app is updated but nothing ever seems to work. The app works fine if I'm watching on my Roku but I don't have a TV and Roku in every room of my house, I like watching on my phone.
