Pretty sure they're trained to do that as it adds context to what's being said.m, like tone and cadence for spoken language.

You're correct, specific facial expressions (especially the eyebrows and mouth) are part of specific signed phrases in ASL.

Facial expressions are a big part of sign language. I've heard it's an important part of the language.

They found the vehicle and a witness said they saw a guy head into the woods. That got a balls load of law enforcement agencies to descend on the area and set up a big ass perimeter. This area is very rural. Just farms and woods. Then he was spotted on someone’s trail camera. They zeroed in on him with drones and state patrol helicopters. Tightened the circle and found him crawling through a corn field. Told him over a bull horn he was fucked and he surrendered without incident. Not a ton of new info regarding the shootings though. That will come out in the following days and weeks I’m sure. The criminal complaint has been released though and I’m sure you can find that somewhere.

Suspect arrested by state patrol in Sibly County without the use of force. The suspect crawled to officers after they had him surrounded. Lots of other law enforcement helped in the arrest.

Anyone found to have helped him will be pursued.
