I do lip reading, and it's very clear what he's saying.

"My daughter looks quite voluptuous tonight, doesn't she Jeff? Best part is I don't even have to pay her to call me daddy!"

Yeah.... He's definitely not saying that in that small clip. Unless I'm looking at the wrong video. Or is this a joke going over my head?

Edit - Just to be clear I don't doubt that Trump has said this in many different ways to many different people because he's a pedophile rapist, but he isn't saying that in this specific clip. You can tell by looking at the clip. The first giveaway is what he is doing with his hands, they don't match that statement at all, the second is his lips and how they move. Go look in the mirror and say the word "voluptuous" then watch the clip.

However I feel like this was probably a joke referencing Trump's disgusting relationship with his daughter, in which case I have been "whooshed"
