The helis have a cockpit, the 2 front seats. But these folks are in the passenger area. this is probably a Bell 206, like this one: https://greeceluxuryconcierge.com/bell-206l3-long-ranger It has that unusual feature of an area behind the heads to hang the headsets, and that center line hump in the ceiling. Most helis don't have these features.

They’re passengers, in the back. It’s not a 2-seater.

In helicopters, everyone wears headphones because it’s so noisy that you wouldn’t be able to communicate without their noise-cancelling capability.
