I think it's talcum powder after an oil or sweat sesh. Hard to get a shower in the plane, wet wipes wouldn't work that well, but a dusting sure would.

ok? my comment definitely wasn’t an attempt to humiliate him. it was a genuine question because that doesn’t look like any chest hair i’ve ever seen. i thought it was a single piece of fabric or something.
