I wonder if Brock Allen Turner is their protege. Remember him? Brock Allan Turner, the convicted rapist who raped and got a light sentence?

Brock Allen Turner, the textbook definition of a rapist?

u/jaaamesbaxterrr 1d ago

Brock Turner, the rapist who now lives in Dayton Ohio and goes by Allen Turner? That rapist Brock Turner?

u/AllegedlyGoodPerson 1d ago

Maybe Brock Allen Turner, the rapist from Dayton Ohio, could get an apartment with Donald J. Trump the child rapist, best friend of Jefferey Epstein who currently lives at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. once all the Epstein files have been released without redaction.

How come Trump is not on the sex offenders registry, or is he??? What do you have to have done to get added?

0

u/ZachTheCommie 15h ago

I couldn't find him in the registry. I tried searching with other inputs, but, nothing.

Really strange spelling of Donald J. Trump.

No. The textbook definition of a rapist is Donald Trump.

I am delighted that after all these years we still call out

RAPIST Brock Allen Turner.

I hope that guy is rotting in a basement somewhere.

I haven't heard about convicted rapist Brock Allan Turner in a while. Did you know that the rapist Brock Allan Turner was convicted of rape?

23

u/Lazy-PeachPrincess 21h ago

This is one Reddit trope I will never tire of. Unlike that tired looking piece of shit rapist Brock Turner who lives in Ohio and thinks going by Allen Turner will make us forget.

2

u/PJ7 1d ago

Maybe spell his name correctly.

u/Gradschoolmaybe3 1d ago

I wonder how many we've left behind instead since we only focus on this individual. I know moving on is impossible for those of us not actually affected at all by what happened, but for what it is worth it would be nice if he was able to grow as a person after what he did and live a good life.

2

u/I_need_a_date_plz 1d ago

What do you mean by left behind?

3

u/Deaffin 1d ago

They're upset that we're not making memes of enough rapists.

-6

u/Gradschoolmaybe3 1d ago

He's the only one we talk about but I assume there have been other crimes committed by other people since that we don't ever mention. Worse crimes even.

5

u/I_need_a_date_plz 1d ago

I talked about this in another post about Mike Tyson. My mind breaks when we discuss rapists. I don’t know what we do with people who have committed such atrocities. Mike Tyson served his time in jail. I don’t feel like Brock has been made accountable for what he did. I feel like the system failed his victim. 6 months in jail is nothing. I wonder if he just actually spent the whole 180 days incarcerated. His victim has to live with that forever. Same with Tyson…

So what do we do as a society? Accept that people can be atrocious and just move on? How do you move on knowing the terrible shit they did? How do you date Turner knowing what he did? You want him to have a good life knowing what you know?

I don’t have answers. Just a lot of questions and no way of knowing what the right thing is.

2

u/Rubychan11 I do everything wrong:( 22h ago

I'm pretty sure he was let out after only 3 months....

-5

u/Gradschoolmaybe3 1d ago

Well I'm much less sure of that whole Tyson situation to the point where I don't feel comfortable putting him and Turner in the same category so I'll leave that part alone but as it relates to Turner yeah I'd much rather he turn his life around and live a better life going forward than just be reduced to the single worst thing he ever did. I am not really convinced people who continue to bring him up are good people drawing attention to a worthwhile cause.

As a society I think we should always be more concerned with victim healing than being vicious towards those who cause harm. But I understand it's not nearly as sexy to post about.

8

u/I_need_a_date_plz 1d ago

Sexy? What a bizarre comment.

Turner should have been held accountable for what he did and I’m ok with not being what you define as a good person for bringing his case up. There are countless cases of abuse that just get swept under the rug and it shouldn’t be that way.

-3

u/Gradschoolmaybe3 1d ago

I think he has been held accountable in ways beyond what the "correct" punishment would have. Those other cases that get swept under the rug, we ignore those in favor of bringing up this guy. I think that's what's bizarre.

8

u/text_fish 1d ago

You think a bunch of Redditors repeatedly mentioning him is too much punishment?

By all means, throw some other names out there.

Well I'm much less sure of that whole Tyson situation to the point where I don't feel comfortable putting him and Turner in the same category

Here, let me help you with that.

Mike Tyson: "I'm not above violating a woman, but I didn't violate that woman. That's just keeping it real. Especially back then, I wasn't above violating, taking p***y and stuff, but I didn't take hers."

This is him admitting that he both was and is a habitual rapist(Like classic rape-rape), but that he's cut down on rape somewhat as he gets older.

Meanwhile, Brock Turner got drunk with some woman at a party and was found fingering her while she was was unconscious.

They're obviously in the same category, regardless of whether Mike Tyson's crimes are more active and severe. If you trust Mike Tyson's words.

the convicted rapist

Acktchually he was convicted of felony sexual assault (3 counts), but not rape. California (and probably some other people too) have updated their laws so that it would now be charged as rape; they added "digital penetration" to the rape laws.

He is a rapist, but that wasn't what his conviction was for.

And what was his punishment for those three felony sexual assault convictions?

On June 2, 2016, Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Aaron Persky sentenced Turner to six months in jail followed by three years of probation. Additionally, Turner was obliged to register as a sex offender for life and to complete a rehabilitation program for sex offenders.

That's it. He was released after 3 months for "good behavior". A month in jail and a year of probation per felonly sexual assault. Glad that judge got recalled.

edit:

The conviction were for:

  • sexual penetration (by a foreign object) of an unconscious woman
  • sexual penetration (by a foreign object) of an intoxicated woman
  • assault with intent to commit rape

The withdrawn charged were:

  • rape of an intoxicated person
  • rape of an unconscious person

God I hate that little fuck.

If it makes you feel better, the rapist Brock Allen Turner was convicted of actions the FBI clarifies to be rape.

The revised UCR definition of rape is: penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.

The one and the same Brock Allen Turner who now goes by Allen Turner.

87

u/jswitzer 1d ago

What do Brock Allen Turner and Donald J Trump have in common? They're both convicted rapists.

Release the Epstein files

30

u/justacheesyguy 1d ago

Unfortunately Trump hasn’t yet been convicted of rape, just sexual abuse. It’s a small but legally important distinction.

27

u/gardengirl99 1d ago

It’s a very small distinction, as it’s only abuse because E. Jean Carroll couldn’t tell whether he penetrated her with his penis or his finger.

3

u/SurlyRed 1d ago

Timely reminder that Trump couldn't get it up.

MAGA's alpha male suffers with Erectile Dysfunction. This is why "she's not my type".

3

u/Unplannedroute 1d ago

Oh this needs to be clarified a lot more.

3

u/Sdwingnut 19h ago

There's a legal definition of rape, and a moral definition of rape. Trump is a moral and democracy rapist.

3

u/theofiel 1d ago

His pinky finger*

u/airsoftmatthias 4h ago

Brock Allen Turner was convicted of rape for digitally penetrating an unconscious woman

Donald J. Trump was found liable for sexual abuse for digitally penetrating a woman against her will, since rape requires penile penetration according to NY state law.

3

u/ArcadianMess 1d ago

Civicly liable for rape*.

1

u/Longjumping-Mind9288 1d ago

Only because he is protected by his voters and republican congress who obviously don’t have any issue with raping of children if it means Trump can be president

1

u/welshfach 1d ago

Not to a victim it isn't.

-2

u/RopeADoper 1d ago

Stop defending a rapist.

2

u/justacheesyguy 17h ago

What part of my comment lead you to believe that I was trying to defend him in any way?

29

u/Jennyojello 1d ago

“Light sentence” is an understatement! Wow what a scumbag that dude is, and the judge too!

4

u/Annual_Resolution_94 17h ago

I will always upvote a comment made against convicted rapist Brock Allen Turner. No skips!

9

u/Pumpkinbatteri 1d ago

Well, girlie, we didn’t want to let 20 minutes of pleasure ruin his life!!

2

u/NHBikerHiker 1d ago

“Oh, but his life will be ruined if he goes to prison…”

1

u/Panda0rgy 23h ago

But we can’t say that. We have to think of his future !

1

u/Affable_Refrigerator 21h ago

That’s nice. Where are the Epstein files?
