Unfortunately Trump hasn’t yet been convicted of rape, just sexual abuse. It’s a small but legally important distinction.

It’s a very small distinction, as it’s only abuse because E. Jean Carroll couldn’t tell whether he penetrated her with his penis or his finger.

There's a legal definition of rape, and a moral definition of rape. Trump is a moral and democracy rapist.

Donald J. Trump was found liable for sexual abuse for digitally penetrating a woman against her will, since rape requires penile penetration according to NY state law.
