Music I'm scared no One will trade kandi at the ptv Concert.

HELLO! This is gonna be my 1st concert and like I know like kandi is a big part of like emo and scene but like I'm really scared no 1's gonna trade with me..

HELLO! Speaking as someone who went to the ICHY concert a few months ago and had the same fear, THERE WILL BE PEOPLE TO TRADE WITH!!! I went early, went down the line searching for people with kandi and traded all 12 bracelets i made before we were even let in. Then I had to deal w/ the consequences of not making enough to trade because I saw others w/ kandi I did not trade with. In other words JUST DO ITTTTTTTTT!!! I’m so confident there will be people, maybe even more than you’d expect!

Also don’t be afraid to ask to trade, every person I traded with was super excited and eagar to be traded with. If you’re worried about asking, just straight up offer them the kandi you want to give them and you’ll most likely get a trade in return (that’s what I did anyways-)

Don’t go looking to trade. I make and bring mine to give away and if I go home with a couple new ones, that’s cool too. There will be others trading but sometimes you don’t run into them

Curious, why are the friendship bracelets called Kandi nowadays? Am I missing something? Or am I ignorant and not aware that this is just the jargon.

Kandi is the original name from rave culture. Friendship bracelets is just what swifties were calling them during Eras tour.
