None of my games will boot at all, it’s says “can’t use this content. Can’t connect to the server to verify your license. Wait a while, then try again”

Me too! I was looking forward to playing some Marvel Rivals on the weekends, and now I'll probably have to whip out my old PS3 and play Disney Infinity.
