I refuse to get excited. We live in a late stage capitalist nightmare where the only thing you can trust is that everything that looks cool will be monetized and enshittified until it becomes unusable to any reasonable person.

Well and the fact that all the big studios had quotas to hire certain types of people, which yes they may have some credentials, BUT are they video game people...
