(Y'all are out of your minds with these choices lol, though I do somewhat agree with the GTA III choice for sucks today, when compared to every subsequent GTA game...)

When I was throwing away electronic waste, I found this. Is there any reason for this to be in the trash? Is it worthless?

If it’s just a tear here and there I wouldn’t have been fine but there is tape and I’m slightly worried. I can return it and reorder?

So i purchased my first ever console the PS5. And the first game i played on it was The Ghost of Tsushima. The graphics were so good, the story was amazing and the gameplay mechanics are out of this world. And now when i have finished the full game i am not able to enjoy any other game. Nothing compares to how good GOT was.
The games feel slow, the stories feel lacking. I tried GOW Ragnarok, Returnal, Prince of Persia and many others. But nothing is able to keep my attention for long.
I am now just waiting for The ghost of yotei.

A lot of people seem shocked to see that GTA 6 run so well on current-gen consoles (PS5/Xbox Series X|S), but the real issue isn’t hardware limitations, it’s how little this generation’s games have actually pushed these systems to their limits.
Think about it: How many true "next-gen" exclusives have we seen that look drastically better than PS4/Xbox One titles? Very few. Most games this gen have either been cross-gen releases, remasters, or sequels that barely tap into the power of the PS5 and Xbox Series X. Instead of fully optimizing for these consoles, many developers simply used the extra performance as a buffer to avoid proper optimization.
Now, Rockstar comes along with the GTA 6 trailer, and suddenly, everyone is shocked by what current-gen hardware can actually do. This isn’t magic, it’s the result of a studio finally leveraging the full potential of the hardware, rather than settling for marginal upgrades.
The truth? Current-gen consoles are far more capable than most games have shown. The reason GTA 6 looks like a "next-gen leap" is because, for the first time in years, we’re seeing a game that’s actually built to take full advantage of the hardware.
So no, GTA 6 isn’t "too advanced" for PS5 or Xbox Series X, it’s just the first major game to prove what these consoles were always capable of.
EDIT: I am not expecting every game to come near rockstar level, but almost every AAA game has more than 100mil budget, they can clearly optimize there game but choose not to. These game can run better, look better, and play better, as simple as that.

Changed this from exclusives to games overall, since Tomb Raider was the most popular choice for PS1, and since I think it's unfair to restrain this to just exclusives

Horizon forbidden west is in my opinion still the best looking "next" gen game on ps5,
With good optimization and non of that unreal engine 5 bullcrap that is being made now... No blurry TAA and i can keep going...
I seriously think more games should be made with the decima engine, just like death stranding...

Price of The Outer Wilds 2 Standard Edition on Canadian PS Store. Truly outrageous. In the span of a couple years we’ve seen the arrival of $89.99 games which would often go for $93.50 CAD on the PS Store for zero reason. Now it seems this will be the cost of games that will cost $99.99 CAD (prob $79.99 USD). I know Xbox tried to of the edges for this news by ostensibly going “umm hey we reeeaaalllly don’t wanna do this but we have toooooo sorryyyyy” 🥺👉👈
Now we wait for the other foot to drop and for PS to start doing this for their next big in house games.

I just saw that Borderlands 4 is priced at €79.99 here in Europe. When you convert that, it’s over $85 USD (currently around $85.80). Meanwhile, in the U.S., the standard price seems to be $69.99.
Why are European players being charged more again? I get that taxes and VAT are a thing, but even with that considered, there’s a noticeable gap. A lot of other games manage to keep prices more balanced across regions.
Anyone know if this is going to change, or is this just another case of “Europe pays more because… reasons”?
