Courtney Love's name is also circled, I certainly did not expect to see her there, perhaps it's signifying something else?

According to the first youtube link, the contact list was taken by Epstein's house manager who circled everyone on the list that he thought was "involved" with trafficking. Some of them also have "witness" written near them.

Several bank contacts and what appear to be massage services are also circled. So, in addition to clients the circled names likely include people who enabled the trafficking in some way or maybe just knew about it.
