Americans are waiting for a hero to stand up, find a magical cure, and put Trump in prison. But you don't get rid of a dictator that easily.

Mass protests would work, but so far people are still hoping for someone else to fix it for them. No one is coming to fix it, the civilians will have to fix it themselves.

We've protested. Peaceful. We had no kings march which was arguably one of the largest single day protests in American history and it was ignored by the media.

It was a good effort, but it's important to ask: how many successful protests against a dictator lasted less than 24 hours? So far, all the protests that I see being shared online are short by design. (Including the upcoming one. Rage against the Regime)

A protest is meant to keep going until you get what you're protesting for. What has been happening so far seems like a good practice, a good way to get people used to going out and ready for a protest, but I don't expect any of them to be successful until people are willing to stay in the streets indefinitely.

This isn't to dismiss what has been done, I think they're good stepping stones toward bigger things, but they've been ignored by the media because those protests were easy to ignore. They should be used as a training ground for protests that cannot be ignored, by anyone.

America is for a lack of a better word incapacitated and disjointed/segmented. Americans have lost their sense of unity. As far as I can remember Americans have always been feed the narrative that you are where you are because of your decisions and you just need to buck up and pull yourself up from the boot straps. Delusional and manipulated to think immigrants or xyz are they problem not the lackluster legislation that does not work for the people. They complain too much money is being spent on the poor but wont bat an eye when millions & billions are wasted on senseless projects or goes to the rich because it agrees with their agenda. It’s currently not bad economically for the masses yet. They still have a jobs even if it barely gets them by. They have technology to distract from reality. At minimum AC and outside is hot. Depending on your class you mainly care about 2 thing money and survive. Will ever reach the level to be out in the street non stop depends of the number affected because the majority of American really don’t care that much if you cant make it if they are making it, you get it? I feel we are in this and the way out is decades away or a catastrophe away. America as it known is Dead. This is the new America, many more will stuffer and die off but hey it was only a matter of time given all the other concerns this planet has.
