It's from the feature-length film The Blues Brothers, based on SNL's skit of the same name as well as the actual band that Dan Aykroyd and John Belushi formed and toured with. If you're from the UK it's possible you haven't heard of it, but I heavily recommend it, as being from Chicago it's a movie that's near and dear to me.
