Putin’s idea of a fair election is putting a soldier with a gun in every voting booth just to make sure you’re voting correctly. Our current regime already recognizes the validity of that strategy when they claim that Crimea chose to join Russia.

The world watched as a Russian intelligence officer walked a red carpet on American soil, shook hands with a man that the KGB/FSB undoubtedly and with great certainty has files on - and whom Vladimir's former colleagues have been using as a foreign intelligence asset since the early 1980s - all for the illusion of some Pursuit of Peace in a country that neither one of them has a single fucking right to talk about.
Tonight the headlines are "Trump didn't lose, but Putin absolutely won" but that's not even the truth, is it? The truth is that Trump was kissing the ring of a man who controls a vast amount of kompromat on not only him but the current inner circle of centralized American power.
The real story was buried earlier this week when the Iranian regime warned Donald that it's "not just the Mossad that has copies" of Donald Trump's crimes. Didn't anyone else see that?? Was I the only one (apart from the journalists who reported that story) who noticed how fucked up that was?
Putin was there as a reminder. He's not Trump's handler, but he is handling Trump.
This is proof that Donald Trump will sooner see American cities burned to the ground by its own homegrown security force than face the consequences of his actions. ICE is a 3 letter agency that reports to a single desk. They are trained for rapid deployment and they have no shortage of money or manpower to achieve their directives. It would be funny if it wasn't so tragically ironic.

u/ImTooSaxy 9d ago
There was never a pee tape, but there are probably several tapes of Donald Trump raping children.
188
66
u/Despair-Envy 9d ago
I never understood why people think that there isn't a pee tape. The dossier was never debunked in that way. They simply found that the information for it came from a foreign intelligence agency that wasn't willing to corroborate the claims to the US intelligence agency, while that agency was being run by Trump himself.
The tapes are probably real, and Russia probably has more just those tapes. They're known for these kinds of "kompromat" operations. Up to and including fabricated sex tapes of opposition forces from scratch.
Russia doesn't do much well, but their KGB/Intelligence agencies have always been one of the few that were terrifyingly effective. The Bezmenov interviews detail and describe the rise of MAGA with disturbing accuracy.
19
u/Hodaka 8d ago
Trump's threshold for arousal is probably higher than most folks. Putin knew that they couldn't simply offer him a free night in a stripper bar or pretty escort. He's probably done that 100 times already.
On the other hand, what would get his attention is something that he probably hasn't seen (or done) before. The key is triggering his interest.
That's why the scenario sounds so plausible.
19
u/Despair-Envy 8d ago
Yeah, I just don't personally understand why people find the concept to be false or even unlikely just because Trump's FBI came out and said that they couldn't corroborate it. It's just one of those weird public logical pretzels that strikes me as outta left field weird.

Honestly the look on Trumps face and his demeanor after his one-on-one meeting with Putin in Helsinki…. It was the face of a man who just saw a video of himself doing some dirty shit. All Putin had to do was flash his phone privately to Trump for 30 seconds showing pissing on some prostitutes or raping a minor. Covert foreign influence. Extortion. Call it what you want but there is no doubt in my mind that Putin and the FSB (KGB) are doing this to Trump.

Nope. Putin was there to get his picture on the red carpet with Trump and end his western isolation. Trump was there to distract from the Epstein files.
102
u/MutuallyAdvantageous 9d ago edited 9d ago
Trump was there because he’s a Russian asset. The day after he won the election, him and Elon had a group call with Putin, for an hour. Putin helped him get elected the first time, and released Hunters hacked files, in a laptop shortly before Trump second presidential election.
This is about something much bigger than Epstein. It’s about ending democracy in America and turning it into a fascist dictatorship, disguised as a democracy… like Russia.
We already know he’s all over the Epstein files, even if they never release…. And they won’t ever release. More than two dozen people who know the details have “mysteriously” died recently.
Trump had Epstein killed, he’s having those in the know killed… honestly, what are the odds he releases the files? Basically zero.
Edit: When they met during trumps first term, Trump brought classified documents, and he wouldn’t allow any White House staff to attend the private meeting… probably what happened here. Some things you can send by mail or say over the telephone.
21
u/Pizzaman99 Arizona 8d ago

“Look, Vladimir Putin — very strong leader, people say he’s a smart guy, very smart — and he agrees with me. You cannot have a real, honest, legitimate election with mail-in voting. Everybody knows it. The fraud, the cheating, the phony ballots — it’s a disaster. Other countries laugh at us when they see we’re mailing ballots like junk mail coupons.
Putin says it, I say it, millions of Americans say it. You want strong elections, you vote in person, with ID, very simple. They try to make it complicated because Democrats love rigging things. They did it before, they’ll try it again. But with me, we’ll have the most secure elections in history. No more mail-in nonsense, no more fake ballots. Only real votes from real people. That’s how you save democracy — the Trump way.”

I'm a postal worker and I've engaged with MAGA on their sites to discuss how they think mail-in ballots were used to cheat the election, and not once have I heard a coherent explanation. Hell, I called into Mike Lindell's show once and put him on the spot, and he immediately said he had no problem with mail-in ballots. I hear things like "the postal union endorsed the Dem!" like that means all the workers then engaged in a vast conspiracy to help them win. They have no idea that even though they're in the union a ton of my coworkers love Trump, and also there would be some record of instructions on how to cheat. It frustrates me to hear the lies about the USPS and how we handle elections, we take it very seriously, and if any postal employee messes with a persons ballot they deserve the jail sentence they'll get. Like the carrier in Colorado who was just sentenced to prison for stealing 12 ballots from her customers, who happened to target people she thought were illegals or Democrats. It always seems to be MAGA who cheat in elections...

WASHINGTON, Aug 15 (Reuters):
U.S. President Donald Trump said on Friday his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin agrees with him that letting voters send in ballots by mail puts honest elections at risk.
"Vladimir Putin, smart guy, said you can't have an honest election with mail-in voting," Trump told Fox News Channel's "Hannity" after a nearly three-hour meeting between the leaders in Alaska. "He said there's not a country in the world that uses it now."
Trump, who promoted the false narrative that he, not Democrat Joe Biden, won the 2020 election, cited his agreement with Putin over absentee voting as he pressed his fellow Republicans to try harder to advance overhauls to the U.S. voting system that he has long sought.
Trump has voted by mail in some previous elections and urged his supporters to do so in 2024.
Putin, who has been Russia's president or prime minister since 1999, was elected to another term in office with 87% of the vote in a 2024 election that drew allegations of vote rigging from some independent polling observers, opposition voices and Western governments. The most formidable opposition leader, Alexei Navalny, died in an Arctic penal colony in 2024.
Russia's embassy in Washington did not immediately respond to a request for comment on his conversation with Trump.
The Russian president has previously said some U.S. elections were marred by fraudulent voting, without presenting evidence. The position mirrors Trump's false claims of widespread voter fraud following the 2020 election.
Justice Department and Senate investigations found that Moscow tried to influence campaigns to help Trump win in the 2016 election. U.S. intelligence officials have said they believe Russia tried to do the same in 2020 elections and preferred Trump to win in 2024.
Trump and some of his top aides long have asserted that he and his presidential campaigns were falsely accused of colluding with Russia, a claim he brought up again in Alaska on Friday. The U.S. intelligence community never reached such a conclusion.
Trump, who has not ruled out seeking a third term in office despite a constitutional prohibition, on Friday showed impatience with Republicans for not prioritizing election reform legislation.
"The Republicans want it, but not strongly enough," Trump said during the interview. "You can't have a great democracy with mail-in voting."
Some Republicans, echoing Trump's claims, argue that changes like restricting absentee voting and requiring identification could reduce the risks of ballot tampering, impersonation or other forms of fraud that independent analysts say is rare. Nearly three dozen countries from Canada to Germany and South Korea allow some form of postal vote, though more than half of them place some restrictions on which voters qualify, according to the Sweden-based International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance, an intergovernmental advocacy group.
The Trump administration has stepped back from commenting on the fairness or integrity of elections conducted by many foreign countries in a significant departure from Washington's traditional approach of promoting democratic elections overseas.

Let’s talk about two things. Let’s talk about ending the war in Ukraine and let’s talk about the Epstein files. We cannot Stop talking about the Epstein Files people. Even this Putin meeting was a sham….anything to get us off the main topic since he didn’t do a damn thing today.

This coming from a guy who has rigged elections and intimated (and eliminated) voters for decades. What a fucking joke. Pretty sure we shouldn't be taking election advice from this shit bag.

This whole meeting is Trumps latest attempt to distract from Epstein
Why is he even discussing voting with Putin? That’s not likely going to achieve peace in Ukraine
Just more Trump propaganda

Article fails to mention most voting laws are outside federal jurisdiction (exceptions have been the feds stepping in when states do egregious things).
Nor any support about how states with mail in voting have few voter fraud cases.
Again this is the sane washing of the american fascist party’s batshit crazy statements.
Neutrality in the face of insane and corrupt politicians is siding with insanity and corruption. If journalism isn’t going to side with truth, they can go down with the fascists.

Disregarding the face that Donald Trump is a pedophile that enjoys raping children, Vladimir Putin is not someone he should be taking election integrity advice on.

Then it is absolutely imperative that the US has Mail in voting.
As a rule, if you’re not sure of a decision, do the opposite to what putin wants you to do. Every time.

u/HappyAmbition706 9d ago
I don't see the problem with mail-in voting really. Putin has picked his winning percentage before it starts. Trump wants to control who can vote, and cut off mail-in ballot counting whenever he's ahead with the in-person count.
Absolutely neither has the slightest interest in an honest election.

Lol. Who gives a flying fuck what Putin has to say?
Hey everyone! The guy who poisons his political opponents with radiation and kills foreigners to steal their resources has an opinion. I'm sure the former KGB flunky who backstabbed his way to the top has something meaningful to contribute. If only we were so lucky as to live in the absolute shithole that is Mother Russia.
I'm so sad that all my nephews haven't been sent off to die in a war with a peaceful neighbor. Please, take my family so I may know the glory of Putin's Russia.
