The Trump administration is in the middle of orchestrating a cover up with Maxwell; offering her limited immunity to facilitate her cooperation with the government while dangling the possibility of a pardon/work release or other form of clemency in front of her in exchange for her publicly absolving Trump of all wrongdoing and incriminating his enemies in Epstein's child sex trafficking crimes.
Don't forget that after Ghislaine Maxwell's arrest in 2020, Trump appeared to show sympathy for her at a press briefing:
“I just wish her well, frankly. I’ve met her numerous times over the years, especially since I lived in Palm Beach, and I guess they lived in Palm Beach. But I wish her well, whatever it is."
According to flight logs released during Maxwell's trial, Trump has flown on the "Lolita Express" at least seven times.
Then there's Michael Wolff, a journalist who has interviewed Trump multiple times and had insider access to him and the White House during Trump's first administration.
Wolff says that Trump was seriously considering a pardon for Maxwell because he was worried that she might "spill secrets."
Wolff described Trump and Epstein as "joined at the hip" for nearly 15 years. Both men have confirmed their close friendship together, they even shared the same women.
Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein's most vocal accusers, claimed that she was recruited, by Maxwell, into Epstein's sex trafficking ring while working at Mar-a-Lago. Giuffre sadly "died by suicide" back in April.
It should also be noted that Trump recently claimed his "falling out" with Epstein was due to Epstein "poaching" his staff from Mar-a-Lago's spa.
Trump only expressed discontent with Epstein's alleged attempts to "steal" his girls from Mar-a-Lago, and had nothing to say about the implications or the possible reasons why Epstein might have been recruiting these girls. In other words, what Trump didn't say speaks volumes.
Todd Blanche—who used to be Trump's personal lawyer—was appointed as deputy AG earlier this year. Massive conflict of interest aside, Blanche was recently tasked with interviewing Maxwell as part of the justice department's cover Trump's ass initiative. The meetings took place over the course of two days at the US attorney's office in Tallahassee, FL.
It should be noted that it is highly unusual for the second highest ranking DOJ official to meet personally with a criminal convicted of conspiracy and sex trafficking of minors.
The DOJ offered her proffer immunity; allowing her to speak openly without fear of her statements being used against her in the future.
Keep in mind that this type of immunity is usually followed by some kind of cooperation deal.
The stated goal of the meetings was to gather information about any remaining leads and uncover any new information related to Epstein's crimes. There is no video recording of these interviews, nor full audio disclosure.
This effort obviously contradicts Trump's claims of "transparency," as well as earlier statements from the Trump administration indicating that the Epstein case was closed.
Considering the timing, the optics, the lack of transparency, the limited immunity, etc, the real goal of these meetings went beyond merely "information gathering."
I don't believe it's even speculation at this point to suggest that this was an effort to negotiate for Maxwell's cooperation and control what information she might "spill" to the public.
Don't let Trump sweep this scandal under the rug. There's already more than enough evidence—spanning across decades—that implicates him in Epstein's and Maxwell's heinous crimes against children.
The fact that there is so much secrecy around this, that the DOJ is essentially no longer independent and operates as Trump's personal legal arm, that Maxwell's statements are beginning to align with what Trump and his allies have previously said while doing damage control for him, that the Trump Administration's actions contradict its public statements—and of course the fact that Trump once considered and may still be considering a pardon or some other act of leniency for Maxwell—should be raising deafening alarms for all Americans.
It's clearly evident at this point that the current administration is engaging in a massive cover up for Trump while trying to obscure his close, criminal ties to both Epstein and Maxwell.

Virginia Giuffre has written a 400 page memoir book titled Nobody's Girl that will be released later this year.

this is maybe wishful thinking, but i think trump likes boobs, a lot. i get the sense he felt uncool around people like jeffrey because of his "traditional" taste in women, as opposed to "with it" people like cool jeffrey and his cool friends. it seems like he must have known weird sh*t was going on, but then again, he can be pretty clueless.
the vibe i get is like, imagine a more classical frat guy is drinking beer at a party, and another "cooler" guy asks if he wants to do some lines of coke in the bathroom. the classical frat guy is like, "nah, but you have a good time." he might disapprove but making a "thing" of it would be a whole "thing." that's the sense i get...and trump being who he is, this would make him follow the "cool" guy around like a puppy.
now imagine the "cool" guy's girlfriend turns up dead in the bathroom. if it's proved that the frat brothers knew about the coke, the whole frat could get shut down! oh no! they'd all go through their texts and such, trying to delete any mentions.
now this may make you think "well that's what shitty people would do" but it's important to remember that this has happened at lots of frats exactly this way, with drugs & worse things.
this is all a lot of hypotheticalizing but i think it fits the facts. i think trump felt in the clear to make hay with the epstein stuff because he never did anything other than try to hang out with cool guy jeffrey as much as he could...but he didn't realize until too late that people would read between the lines on any personal or business interactions, no matter whether there's really anything there to read.

When it comes to the facts, they go out of their way to hide from them, even when the evidence is overwhelming, but when it comes to far fetched conspiracy theories, they will latch onto the thinnest veneer of supposed evidence in order to believe it.

It’s the most blatant, stupid, public, and ALL CAPS cover up i’ve ever seen.
And everyone with two neurons to rub together, who knows anything about Epstein, knows this.

Epstein and Maxwell were arrested under Trump. Biden had whatever docs there are for 4 years as president and nothing came of it. So what exactly do we think is going to come of this
