Sending the military in to take over cities when no one asked sure is cheeky. Just like those naughty dictators. JFC CNN, WTF?

In the US, we’ve gone from official federal political communications happening at an 8th grade level to the equivalent of a kindergartner drawing a huge butt on their picture of a person they felt was mean to them at recess.

Look at the images in this article (unless you’ve eaten recently, some are eww), because they are so bad they should bring eternal ridicule to all involved.

They're very few things that come out of the White House whether it be on paper or an actual human being that can be considered clever.

Duplicitous? Sure.

Ridiculous? Often.

Clever? Very rarely.

Criminal? Depends on how many times Trump is going golfing that week.

Objectively speaking, it's as clever as something a sixth-grader would post on TikTok and as offensive as something a Boomer would Facebook. Stephen Cheung is the vilest and most cringe adult in politics, no hyperbole. The guy is the epitome of puerile aggression.

No matter what kind of communication - all White House strategy is offensive.

History will not be kind to CNN and the NY Times with how quickly they embraced authoritarianism.

May you reap what you have sown.

Meanwhile ICE and DHS are literally putting out tweets using well known white supremacist tropes and phrases. But yeah, CNN, the White House mocking detainees and celebrating concentration camps and foreign gulags is only "a little bit offensive".

What the fuck are we doing?

Everything about this Rogue Administration is breaking norms. They keep pushing the envelope more and more and more encroaching on what the public will stand for before they say no more.

So it is with calling out the National Guard and targeting Democratic cities run primarily by African-American mayors. Eventually it will come down to Blue State Governors ordering their National Guard at the borders of their states to not allow the Red State National Guard troops to enter. When that happens who knows what goes on. If Trump is allowed to send National Guard into all the major cities then it may be too late.

What' clever about disrespecting Miyazaki by using AI to generate an image of a crying immigrant being detained in Studio Ghibli style, despite Miyazaki being vehemently opposed to his style being used in AI, or the ASMR of immigrants in shackles being deported? It's not "a little bit offensive" it's reprehensible.
