I went to Bama. For one short second I did not hate auburn, and that is when I saw it voted for Doug jones. So proud of the students of Alabama who did the right thing and so disappointed in the old white people.

Any chance this election was held during finals week in order to try and throw off the younger, college-educated (/in-progress) vote?

Nick Saban helped Doug Jones win and helped Doug Jones get his campaign up and running according to Alabama politicians.

Im saying this as an Auburn alumnus. Gus Malzahn's wife is as crazy as Roy Moore.

Really? That’s awesome. I knew he was a dem but I was just talking to my mom about how I was a little disappointed he didn’t say anything like “go out and vote.”

Its still alabama. He refuses to straight out talk politics because coming out as a dem could get him fired. Hes basically admitted for years hes a dem without wearing it on a shirt and thats how bama keeps him

I don't think it's because he's afraid it will get him fired. Like many people he probably just likes to keep his politics to himself.

I thought he could’ve said something withought being partisan. Just encouraging people to vote would be enough

I’m a Florida fan and one thing I never thought I’d say is thank to Nick Saban.
